Will the stump grinder fit through my gate?

We have three sizes of stump grinder: Big (36inches / 91cm wide), Medium (29 inches/ 73 1/2 cm wide) and Small (27 inches/ 69cm wide).

What health and safety/ certifications do you hold ?

We hold all the relevant NPTC certificates and are fully insured.

Do you undertake tree surveys ?

Yes, Wainwright Stump Removal can organise comprehensive tree assessments as part of our services prior to carrying out any work.

Do you provide aftercare and advice once the job is complete ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we always provide a full clean up after the work is complete and we are happy to offer our clients advice on how to maintain, replant or re-landscape the site.

Do I have to be at the property when you do my work?

No, as long as we have the correct job information and clear access to the site, we can complete the job without the client being there.

Will heavy equipment be brought onto my property ?

On occasion and only if required, we may have to use heavy equipment on certain jobs. No matter what equipment we bring on to your site, we always make sure your property is left to exactly as we found it.

Will you remove all debris after the job ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we always do a final clean up of your site after we complete the job - this is part of our service.
